Winter is well and truley here, and in the midst of this winter chill, imagine this: It’s frosty outside, maybe even a dusting of snow in some dreams, as you huddle indoors. A lovely fire crackles merrily in the hearth (too much?!), casting a warm glow, and you’ve got a steaming mug of hot chocolate warming your hands. As you gaze out, images of classic Christmases flash through your mind – the ones from movies and postcards, ones that don't quite match our sun-drenched December celebrations here in Australia. Don't get us wrong, we love our sun, sand, and prawns on the barbecue here, but sometimes you just crave that classic, cosy, Northern Hemisphere Christmas vibe.
