It’s made of exceptionally high quality cocoa beans, and a high percentage of cocoa butter. The benefit of this additional cocoa butter is that it creates a smooth, creamy taste. The couverture chocolate that we use tempers beautifully, which means that all the chocolates in our gift baskets will not only have a beautiful, smooth, and glossy finish, but also the noise – the nice, crisp crack when its broken or bitten in to – that everyone wants to hear when they bite in to a good chocolate. 

Can Vegans Eat Chocolates Available at Chocogram

In terms of who our chocolates are suitable for, our dark chocolate is not only gluten free but a vegan option! Our milk chocolates are also gluten free, but as they contain whole milk powder, they are not suitable for vegans. This is the same for our white chocolates. It is also important to note that none of the chocolates we sell here at Chocogram contain any Palm Oil. We accentuate the natural flavourings of our chocolate using just pure cocoa, and cocoa butter.
