At Chocogram, we don’t use just any type of chocolate. We use only the finest pure Belgian couverture chocolate. Couverture chocolate is different from other types of chocolate because it is made from high-quality cacao beans and contains extra cocoa butter. By adding extra cocoa butter, it changes the texture of the chocolate to make it smooth and creamier in taste. It also allows it to temper beautifully, giving the chocolate a beautiful sheen and helps it to make a crisp snap when it is broken. This makes it far superior to other chocolate.

Is the chocolate suitable for those with nut allergies?

Our chocolate is not suitable for those who have nut allergies because they do contain light traces of nuts. This means that it is not an ideal gift for someone who has nut allergies.

Do you have any vegan options?

We do have some vegan options, including the Chocogram messages that are made in dark chocolate. Some of our handmade chocolates are also vegan, but you should contact us if you need any more information.

Are there any gluten-free options?

We do have some chocolate options for people who need gluten-free items. Any Chocograms that are made in dark, milk, or white chocolate are gluten-free.
