Product Quality

Chocogram guarantees high quality chocolates, chocolate gifts, packaging and service. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of the product, we will provide you with a replacement when damage has occured. Please contact us immediately through email and provide a photo of the damaged chocolates.

Timely Shipment

We guarantee the timely shipment of our products. Orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that same day. In extreme weather conditions we reserve the right to delay dispatch in order to protect the quality of your chocolate. We will notify you by email to discuss the options further.

Timely Delivery

Chocogram depends on Express Post (Australia wide) and Mail Call Couriers (Sydney only) for the delivery of our products. In cases where Chocogram ships a package on time but our couriers cause a late delivery by 24 - 48 hours, we will refund your shipping charges. Express post guarantees us next business day delivery to the main cities Australia wide. Click here to see if your postcode lays in this network. Specific times can not be guaranteed.

Delivery Exceptions

When a late delivery is caused by unforeseen circumstances: postal strikes, extreme weather conditions, power or network outages, natural disasters, or riots, this guarantee does not apply. Chocogram cannot guarantee shipments with inaccurate or incomplete names or delivery addresses.

Heat Damage

Chocogram orders are guaranteed against heat damage. All orders are packaged in excellent hot weather protection. If the worst happens and your chocolate gift is damaged on the way, please contact us as soon as possible (24 hours after receiving the goods) and send us a photograph of the disaster. You will need to quote your order number and email us photos of the damaged/melted goods. Be certain to contact us immediately.

Order cancellation

All orders are made straight away and put aside till the requested date. If you tell us before your Chocogram has left our store we can change or cancel your order for a fee of $10. Once your order has left us we can’t help you with any changes. During peak times like Christmas, Mother’s Day and Valentine's Day we will not be able to make changes once the gift has been boxed. For customised wedding, corporate & bulk orders requiring preparation according to customer requests, the order must be cancelled four weeks prior to desired shipping date. Refunds are always done by the same method of payment. You will get a  conformation of the refund and depending on the type of bank or credit card refund can take a few days.
