We know that you would like to have our delicious chocolate as soon as you can so we deliver every weekday, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays.

How much is shipping?

Australia Wide: You can have them in your hands on the next business day by choosing Express Post. Click here to check that your region is within the next business day network.

EXPRESS POST $14.95: Next business day delivery to most cities Australia wide. Orders need to be placed before 3pm.
Sydney: If you are in Sydney CBD or the Sydney Metro Area we can offer you same business day delivery with Mail Call Couriers. It’s almost worth moving to Sydney for, isn’t it?

COURIER SERVICE $18.50: Same business day delivery is available to Alexandria, Rosebery & Zetland only. Orders need to be placed before 2pm

COURIER SERVICE $25.00: Same business day delivery is available to Sydney CBD, North Sydney, South & Eastern Suburbs and Inner West only. Orders need to be placed before 12pm

COURIER SERVICE $35.00 to $40.00: Same business day delivery is available to Sydney Metro. Orders need to be placed before 12pm

PICKUP: If you just can’t wait at all, we can arrange for you to pick your chocolates up from 590 Botany Road Alexandria 2015 NSW (Mon-Fri, 9am-3:30pm). Just don’t eat them all before you get home.


Will an invoice be shipped with the package?

No we do not include invoices in the package. We’d hate to ruin the surprise when your gift is opened. Instead we will email the invoice directly to you when you order.


Can I send a Chocogram anywhere in Australia?

Yes, Chocogram delivers our amazing chocolates Australia wide.


Do you ship outside Australia?

Unfortunately at this moment delivery outside Australia is not possible as the shipping times are not guaranteed for international shipments. Customs requirements can vary from country to country and can also cause delays beyond our control.


What days of the week do you deliver?

We deliver Monday to Friday.


When will my Chocogram be delivered?

Orders placed by 3pm EST, Monday - Thursday will be delivered overnight to most main cities Australia wide.

Only the more remote country areas, including NT, central and north QLD, and WA can take 2-3 days for delivery.


Orders placed on the weekend - from Friday 3pm onwards, Saturday and Sunday will be dispatched on Monday (excluding public holidays).

We reserve the right with extreme weather conditions, to delay dispatch on a Friday so that the chocolates are not in a hot warehouse over the weekend.
Same day delivery orders for Sydney, Inner west, CBD and Eastern suburbs need to be placed before 12pm to ensure timely delivery, before 5pm.


Can I request for my chocolates to be delivered at a specific time?

We don’t like to keep you waiting for your chocolate, but because they are delivered by courier and Australia Post, we can’t guarantee delivery at a specific time of day.

The chocolates may be delivered any time up to 5:30pm depending upon the courier’s delivery schedule. 

You can request a specific date for delivery of your chocolate gift by selecting the most appropriate form of delivery at checkout. We will do everything in our power to get them there on time.

Unfortunately, 
even the magic of chocolate doesn’t always make things run smoothly. The courier may have a bad day, the post is delayed, the PO Box is not emptied or your mail room has not delivered. Those things are outside our control. 

In the unusual occurrence of a late delivery please call us on 02 80602994 and we’ll find out what is going on.


What if the recipient is not home?

STANDARD DELIVERY AUSTRALIA WIDE - EXPRESS POST: When there is no one home at the time of delivery, your gift will be taken to the nearest post office for later collection. We can't leave unattended chocolate behind. The dog might eat it, it might melt in the sun, or your neighbour might run off with it. Who wouldn't be tempted? It's chocolate! The courier will leave a card in the mailbox explaining that the chocolate gift is waiting for collection at the post office. If the gift is not collected it will come back to us just like homing chocolate. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. There will be an additional charge for redelivery.

SAME DAY HAND DELIVERY SYDNEY ONLY: - Mail Call couriers When there is no one home at the time of delivery, the driver will usually leave the package behind in a safe place. If the driver believes it is unsafe he or she will not leave the package. It is always best to provide us with special instructions just in case.


What if the wrong address is supplied for delivery?

It pays to double check before you hit that “confirm” button at checkout! If your gift is delivered to the wrong address because you have made a mistake or forgotten some vital detail an additional charge may apply for redelivery and may also cause the gift to arrive late.

If you are sending to a business address be sure to include the company name, street address and the suite or floor number. When sending to a hospital, don’t forget to include the ward number, name and room number too.


The more information you can give us the more likely it is that your gift will end up in the right place.


Will my parcel be delayed when sent to a business address, hospital or school?

We do our best to deliver your purchase on the date you have requested. Unfortunately it is out of our control when your package is held up within the company's mailroom system. To avoid any disappointment, please confirm with the company before placing your order.


Can I ship to a PO Box?

Yes. We can ship to a PO Box address when using our standard delivery option with Express post.


Are there delays when a company has a locked bag or PO Box contract with Australia Post?

There can be delays because delivery depends on when the mail is collected from the mailroom and distributed within the company. Don’t worry, though: your parcel will always be delivered. Unfortunately we cannot guarantee an exact time of delivery. To avoid any disappointment, please confirm with the company first before placing your order.


Can I ship to more than one address?

Multiple delivery delivery is possible. The easiest way is to contact us.


How are products packaged for shipping, and how do you pack your orders to stop them melting?

To make certain that your Chocogram arrives in optimum condition we use hot weather protection- thermal control packaging (insulated cooling packs) so your chocolates do not melt. Please make sure that someone will be at the delivery address on the big day.


What happens if the chocolates are damaged or melted upon delivery?

If the worst happens and your chocolate gift is damaged on the way, please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of recieving the goods) and send us a photograph of the disaster. You will need to quote your order number and email us photos of the damaged/melted goods. Be certain to contact us immediately. We will then arrange for an immediate replacement of the damaged gift. Chocogram leaves no one chocolate-less if we can help it!


What does all of this mean?

It means that whoever receives a chocolate gift ordered through Chocogram is going to be in a world of chocolate bliss and they’ll have you to thank for it.
