We treat all customer information in accordance with our Privacy Policy constitution as part of our terms & conditions. One2one gifts operates under strict information privacy guidelines which ensure your personal details and credit card information are protected at all times. How do we use the information?

The information that you have provided us with will be used to enhance your shopping experience. Does Chocogram.com.au share the information it receives from me?


Information about our customers is an important part of our business, and we do not sell it to others. We share customer information only as described in our privacy policy. We release account and other personal information when we believe release is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply our conditions of use and other agreements, or protect the rights, property, or safety of Chocogram.com.au users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organisations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. We will not under any condition sell, rent, share, or otherwise disclose personally identifiable information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set in this privacy notice.
PARTNERS: Third party companies and individuals have been engaged to perform functions on behalf of One2one gifts. Functions such as fulfilling and delivery of purchases, credit card payment authorisation, trend analysis, marketing and promotions. All information will only be used to perform their appropriate functions and not for other usage.
AUTHORITIES: One2one gifts will pass on any information related to suspected fraudulent activity to appropriate authorities.
INDUSTRY GROUP: From time to time we provide statistical information about sales, trading patterns and navigation techniques to reputable third parties. This may comprise data collected about you and other users to form aggregate results. However, we will not provide any direct personal information that identifies you as our customer.
VERIFICATION OF ACCOUNTS: We do use various details to verify information given to us by our members. At times we use names on member accounts to compare with information on credit cards, member phone numbers and email addresses. This allows us to communicate with customers about payments, member addresses, to check against credit card billing addresses , and in cases where fraud or other crime is suspected we do communicate with police, banks and other relevant authorities. Many of these checks are done manually and communication is handled carefully by Chocogram Management.

What if I forget my login & password?

Even though all information is kept private, many account holders often forget details such as their password. Chocogram.com.au provides a service to send a new password to members.
