| How long will it take my gift to arrive?
When you order before 1pm (AEST) Monday-Friday, and you select our Express post service, your gift will be delivered in 1–3 business days. Allow additional days for remote areas. Please keep in mind that even though the team ensures to dispatch your parcel on time, with this type of delivery, delays within Australia Post can occur. |
| What If my chocolates are damaged in transit?
Chocogram orders are guaranteed against heat and damage. All orders are packaged in excellent hot weather protection. If the worst happens and your chocolate gift is damaged on the way please contact us as soon as possible (within 24 hours of receiving the goods) and send us a photograph of the disaster, along with your order number. Be certain to contact us immediately so we can provide you with a replacement. |
| Where should I store my chocolates?
All chocolate gifts need to be stored in a cool and dry place out of direct sunlight. Ideal room temperature: 18 – 22 degrees. |
| Can I request delivery on a specific date?
With the express post service, specific dates can be requested, however there is no guarantee that the parcel will arrive on that date. What we suggest is for your parcel to be delivered a few days earlier than the desired date. Let us know in the special instructions and we will add a “DO NOT OPEN UNTIL + date” sticker. By choosing any of the courier service options, you are able to have your gift delivered on a specific date. |
| What time will my gift arrive?
Our partners aim to deliver as early as possible however on busy days, deliveries to residential addresses can arrive up until 7pm and to business addresses before 5pm. |
| What if the recipient is not home?
With EXPRESS POST when there is no one home at the time of delivery, your gift will be taken to the nearest post office for later collection. The driver will leave a card in the mailbox explaining that the parcel is waiting for collection at the nearest post office. If the parcel is not collected within 10 days it will come back to us. We will contact you to arrange a new delivery date. There will be an additional charge of $14.95 for redelivery. |
| If choosing our SAME DAY COURIER SERVICE when there is no one home at the time of delivery, the driver will usually leave the package behind in a safe place. If the driver believes it is unsafe they will not leave the package. It is always best to provide us with special instructions just in case. |
| Disclaimer: Even though we have aligned ourselves with excellent delivery partners there may be times when things don’t go as planned, and parcels may be delayed in the delivery process. Rest assured that we will still follow up to ensure the prompt arrival of your package. Chocogram will not accept responsibility for any late deliveries, wrong/incomplete delivery addresses, unattended parcels, couriers who cannot gain access to the address provided, or when the recipient is not at the given address. In extreme weather conditions Chocogram reserves the right to delay or cancel any orders intended to be sent to states experiencing high temperatures, from 35 degrees onwards. |
