Pick Up in Our Sydney Store
If you can’t wait to get your order, Click and Collect Is available from our store at 590 Botany Road, Alexandria. (Mon-Fri, 8am-3:00pm). Let us know your preference when you order, and we’ll contact you as soon as your order is processed.
Payment Options
Which payments and credit cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard,Amex, PayPal and AfterPay. We will ship your order when full payment is received.
Is my credit card secure?
Yes. Our shopping cart pages are secured by Comodo Secured. That means your payment details are encrypted so that no one can read them except the payment processor. We do not store your credit card information.
Do you accept PayPal?
Yes we accept PayPal. Simply choose the PayPal option at checkout.
How do I use my discount code?
After you choose a product and add it to your cart, you will see a box which asks for your discount code. Enter your coupon code and click the Apply Coupon button.
How do I redeem my gift certificate?
After you choose a product and add it to your cart, you will see a box to enter your certificate code. Use that box to enter your code and then click the Apply Coupon button.
Orders
How do I place an order?
Find the products of your choice, and click on "add to cart". When there is an item in the cart the checkout button will appear. During check out you will need a valid email address, a method of payment and an accurate shipping address to complete your order.
How do I order a personalised Chocogram?
The easiest, most efficient and fun way to order your Chocogram is online. Find the "Create your own" section in the top menu of the homepage. Simply pick your size, pick your box and get creating your very own personal Chocogram.
You can also email or phone your order through.
Can I send a message with the gift?
Of course you can. During the checkout process, you will have the option to enter a message to your special person. We will include it when we post your special chocolate gift.
Can I remain anonymous?
Yes you can, but make sure to let us know. We will not disclose your name to the recipient, even when they contact us. Or bribe us. Or cry…
Can I change my mind after placing an order?
If you tell us before your Chocogram has left our store we can change or cancel your order for a fee of $10. Once your order has left us we can’t help you with changes. During peak times like Christmas, Mother’s Day and Valentine's Day we will not be able to make changes once the gift has been boxed.
What happens if the item you order is no longer available?
All our chocolate gifts look just as good as those shown on our website. That’s why everyone wants them. If we happen to run out of the chocolate you ordered, we will replace them with a chocolate gift of the same or greater value.
Can you fulfil custom or bulk orders for special events, and do you offer quantity discount?
Yes we can. Please email your enquiry to [email protected] Most of our products are available at discount when buying high volume.
Order Status
Where is my order?
When your order is placed, Chocogram will email you a copy of the order confirmation. Once the order is processed you will also receive an email confirmation with an express post tracking number. You will then be able to track your shipment at the Australia Post website on the requested delivery date. If you do not have your order number on hand, you can also login to your account to view your order history. If you are experiencing difficulties at any time, please email [email protected]
My Account
How do I access my account?
Once you have a Chocogram account, you can login at any time to access your account, check your order history, and update your details. If you have already logged-in, the link to the "My Account" page will appear on the top right corner of your screen.
How do I unsubscribe from the newsletter?
Every newsletter email sent contains a link to unsubscribe.
Gift Certificates
How do I use my discount code?
Make your choice from our delicious range and add them to your cart. Enter your gift certificate code on the shopping cart page or with the billing information during checkout. If your total is more than the value of the gift certificate you will need a payment method such as credit card or Paypal to make up the difference.
Why is my discount code not working?
It could be that your code is not formatted properly or that it has expired. Please contact us with your discount code and we will help you.
How do I use my green money voucher?
As you go through checkout you will see a box for promotional codes. Just add your code and click on the "apply" button next to it. The page will refresh and show you the updated order totals. Then just proceed through checkout as normal. I have a gift certificate.
Do I need a credit card?
You will only need a credit card or PayPal if you wish to spend more than the value of your gift certificate.
Anti-Fraud Safeguards
To ensure we get your order away quickly, please ensure your billing details and credit card details are entered exactly as they appear on your credit card and credit card statement. Your billing address is the address at which you receive your mail and credit card statements and may be different from the delivery address.
Fraudulent orders are reported to NSW Police and the Australian Cyber crime Online Reporting Network.
Prices
Prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST. Postage is additional. Your Order Confirmation email is your Tax Invoice and shows each of your tasty purchases including GST and your shipping ex-GST.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
