I can't find the words to say how fabulous your product and service is. I telephoned and asked about delivery time and to my amazement it was the next day. My 3 chocolate gifts - tool box, tea cup and IPhone arrived the next day. (first thing). Packaged so beautifully to ensure they would not be damaged. The look and taste is fantastic. My 4 year old grandson is thrilled beyond belief (not getting them all in one go obviously) but such a perfect reward. I will never be stuck for an idea for a gift again. Good Morning Marina Re: the endangered species “Chocolate Chicks in a box” that are so very hard to find. I cant thank you enough for the outstanding customer service and genuinely caring and friendly service you have provided in tracking a box down for me. You have so kindly gone above and beyond what is expected of you to ensure your customers are looked after and feel genuinely valued. This is not the first time you have extended your hand in the name of Chocogram…. Only a few weeks ago I made a similar order and when I thought that the package had not arrived you did all you could to re assure me you would ensure there was a positive outcome, willing to re send if it came down to it and just generally being as equally concerned as I was about the package. Please pass this feed back on to your superior as they should be aware of what an asset you are to Chocogram.

I have to tell you that the order below brought such a lot of pleasure to the recipient. She lives in a retirement village and she was so delighted to receive it and then it was "show and tell" to all the other residents. It has to be one of the most satisfying and successful gifts I have ever given.As for one of my previous orders - the multi-coloured little Easter egg chicks in the carton - the adults I gave those to can't bear to eat them they look so cute and appealing!

Dear Chocogram,
I would like to thank chocogram very much for my fantastic chocolate and balloons, that were for my sisters 40th birthday. She cried when she opened the chocolate, the presentation of the choc and balloons were great. The packaging on the chocolate was very well done, and delivery was earlier then expected. Alot of the guests at the party were amazed by the creation of the chocolate, I have a feeling they will be getting some themselves. It was really worth the money to see my sisters face when she opened the box.

I just wanted to say a really quick thank you to whom ever is responsible for the outstanding service I received last Wednesday when I made a last minute order. I was struggling to read the website on my iphone and called spoke to a lovely lady who answered all my questions around lunch time. I continued to order online and then received a very pleasant call in the afternoon to confirm some details I had left off. Early the next morning the package was delivered to our hotel in Melbourne, packaged so not to damage the precious contents and was received by my boyfriend with such appreciation. He couldn't believe how thoughtful the message was and how awesome t he presentation was. This is really a great idea for something a bit different, not to mention delicious!
