How can I order a Chocogram™?

There are a number of ways to place an order with Chocogram™. The easiest and most efficient way is to order your Chocogram™ online. You may also choose to email, or phone your order through. Should you need assistance with any of these options please give us a call.

How to Contact Us!

You can contact us Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:30am – 4:30pm (AEST). Regretfully, our offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday, so although you can still place an order with us online, you will be unable to contact us directly. Phone: (02) 8060 2994 Fax: (02) 8905 9130

Does Chocogram™ contain nuts and other allegins?

Chocogram™ may contain some light traces of nuts, therefore our chocolate is not suitable for nut allergy sufferers.

Does Chocogram™ contain Soy Lecithin?

Chocogram™ contain only small amounts of soy lecithin.

Do you sell sugar free Chocogram™?

Not at the moment. Our milk, dark and white chocolate letters are not made from sugar free chocolate.

How should i store my Chocogram™?

To maintain the freshness of your purchase, we recommend that you store your Chocogram™ in a cool dry cupboard away from heat or light source, and never leave it in a parked car for any length of time.

Can I store my Chocogram™ in the refrigerator?

Only refrigerate in extreme weather conditions.

Why can chocolate turn white?

If chocolate is exposed to temperature fluctuations, the chocolate may appear white. The chocolate is still edible, but the quality and texture will be affected.

Is my payment secure?

Your payments are made using a secure payment gateway. This ensures that all information you send to us via the Internet will be encrypted. If any other user intercepts the communication they will only be able to view an encrypted form. This makes it almost impossible to be intercepted by an unauthorised party, as long as your browser supports the use of encrypted data transmissions. You will know that you are in a secure environment when ordering on www.chocogram.com.au by the appearance of a security notice when you enter a secure page, as well as a secure icon will appear on your browser.

Which credit cards are accepted?

We accept VISA, MASTERCARD and AMEX. If you prefer to send an Australian Money Order or make a direct bank transfer you are free to do so. Note that orders only will be shipped when full payment is received.

Where do you deliver?

We can send Chocogram™ anywhere in Australia. Overseas deliveries are possible within the UK, Europe, Canada and the United States. Please contact us for further enquiries.

How much does delivery cost?

$ 9.95 flat rate. (excluding bulk orders)

When will my Chocogram™ be delivered?

Orders placed by 03:00 pm EST will be delivered overnight to most Australian destinations. It will not be possible to provide you with an exact time. Only the more remote country areas will take 2-3 days for delivery. Please note that we reserve the right, with extreme weather conditions, to delay dispatch on a Friday so that the chocolates are not in a hot warehouse over the weekend. If we do this to your order, we will notify you by email. Same day delivery orders for the Sydney metro region need to be placed before 10:00am to ensure timely delivery.(before 4:30pm same day) Weekend delivery times can be requested.

What happens if there is no one at the delivery address?

We ship with Australia Post and Couriers Please. Australia Post often works out best as your Chocogram™ can be delivered to your nearest post office when there is no one available at the delivery address. Post offices are air-conditioned and will take good care of your chocogram. Couriers Please is used for our same day deliveries within the Sydney metro area only. You can also call in to pick up your order yourself. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is correct and attended during business hours. For other delivery services please contact us for special arrangements.

When I am sending a Chocogram™ to a business address, will it occur delays?

At Chocogram™ we endeavour to make every effort to deliver our products effectively and efficiently the next business day. Unfortunately it is out of our control if your package is held up within the company's mailroom system. To avoid any disappointment, please confirm this with the company.

Are there delays when a business has a locked bag contract with Australia Post?

This really depends on the company as to when the mail is collected from the mailroom. Please note, your parcel will always be delivered. To avoid any disappointment, please confirm this with the company.

Will you send an invoice with my gift?

You will receive your invoice via email. No invoice will be included with the Chocogram™.

How do you pack your orders to stop them melting?

To make certain that your Chocogram™ arrives in optimum condition we use insulated envelopes to keep the Chocogram™ within the optimal temperature range during the hot summer months. It is your responsibility to ensure that the delivery address is attended.

What is Chocoalarm?

If you have an important date to celebrate and you would like to be sure you do not forget it, then we invite you to use our Chocoalarm. Whether you need to remember a birthday, anniversary or a special occasion, the chocoalarm is an easy to use reminder service which will contact you automatically a few days before your special date. If you would like to take advantage of this free service, please register on our site.

Am I obliged to purchase a Chocogram™every time I wish to use the Chocoalarm service?

No! You are not obliged at all. Once you have registered with www.chocogram.com.au you are entitled to unlimited use of our Chocoalarm reminder service. This is an obligation free service offered to everyone.

What are the benefits when I register?

To make your next order super fast, you need to register with us! You'll get easy access to your order history, shipment status updates, unlimited use of the Chocoalarm reminder service, plus regular news, competitions and specials.

Is there a minimum order?

There are no minimum orders.

What happens if the chocolates are damaged upon delivery?
